By clicking Submit, you authorize Babysitter Express to process your reservation via the payment option selected. If you selected "Use Credit Card On File", you authorize Babysitter Express to charge the given credit card for the Reservation Fee for this service. If you chose "Contact For Payment Information" you authorize Babysitter Express to contact you via telephone for payment information. After contact, you authorize Babysitter Express to charge the credit card given via telephone for the reservation fee for this service. Additionally, you authorize Babysitter Express to charge the given credit card for the appointment after services have been rendered unless otherwise specified on the Daily Log for the appointment. If reservation is canceled within 13 days of reservation date/time, you authorize Babysitter Express to charge the given credit card a minimum $39 cancellation fee. If canceled on the day of the reservation, you authorize Babysitter Express to charge the given credit card for the full appointment amount. You understand a Registration Form must be completed and signed prior to any services/reservations rendered.
