Babysitter Express is dedicated to providing the best possible service to all of our clients. Below are several frequently asked questions that our prospective clients tend to ask. If you have any other questions that you would like answered, please feel free to contact us!

A: All families/clients in need of our Professional Babysitter Service, Professional Nanny Service, or Football Service must register as a client. If you wish to reserve a babysitter without registering as a client, you may do so by paying a $25 Non-Member Reservation Fee and should reserve your babysitter up to one week in advance. Exceptions can be made to the one-week in advance rule if a babysitter is available upon calling and no registered clients need her.

A: Yes and No. Babysitters/Nannies at Babysitter Express (BE) are employees of BE not of the clients. We try to keep the same babysitter/nanny with each client; however, if that babysitter/nanny is already booked with another client for the reservation date, a different babysitter/nanny will be sent.

A: Yes. If your reservation fee has been processed, you are guaranteed a babysitter. If BE is unable to replace your babysitter/nanny after exhausting all resources, your reservation fee will be refunded and you will receive one free reservation fee for the same type of service. It is always our intentions to guarantee you a babysitter!

A: To register as a client, follow the steps below:
  • Complete the form on the page and click submit
  • At the bottom of the page, you will find a link to our Online Client Agreement. Please print and sign.
  • You may scan and email your signed Online Client Agreement to us or you can mail it to the address below:
  • You will receive a welcome email within one week with instructions on how to reserve your babysitter/nanny for upcoming events.

A: To reserve a babysitter/nanny prior to receiving your welcome email, complete the appropriate reservation form online and use the generic Family ID given after submitting your completed Online New Client Reservation form. Can't figure out what that generic Family ID is? Use: NEWCLIENT

A: Registered clients can reserve a babysitter for whenever or whatever their need may be. BE clients are guaranteed a babysitter once they have received a babysitter confirmation email.

Q: Is it safer to use BE babysitters as compared to our normal, "girl next door" babysitter?
A:
Yes! All of BE babysitters are/will be CPR- and First Aid-Certified and pass a background check and quarterly drug tests. BE is safe and reliable. With BE, you can enjoy going out again with no worries, knowing we'll always B.E. here for you!
