At Babysitter Express, it is imperative that we recruit and hire experienced, competent child care professionals. Each child care provider must under-go an extensive 5-step hiring process. This process includes the following:

1. Initial Application
2. Applicant Interview
3. Reference Checks
4. Working Interview
5. Background Check - includes criminal searches and sex offender searches
6. Drug Test - followed by a random drug test in the first 90 days of employment then quarterly thereafter
   

Each professional childcare provider is hired in to a 90-Day Probationary Period where she must pass several client and company evaluations. Each professional is also required to participate in the American Red Cross's Child and Infant CPR and First Aid Training Course and renew the certificate yearly to ensure your child is in the safest of hands.

To ensure each of our childcare professionals strive to mentor our clients' children into intelligent, considerate, creative, and pleasant adolescents and adults, Babysitter Express also continually trains and monitors each professional childcare provider.

Employee Performance Evaluations evaluate Babysitter Express childcare providers in four different areas. These areas are subdivided into different questions to test the childcare providers abilities in the particular areas. The four key areas focused on in Employee Evaluations are as follows:

1. Childcare
2. Work Habits
3. Housekeeping Responsibilities
4. Smoking While On Duty (if occurs, results in 3% off pay raise)
